Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support store management in ensuring smooth, efficient operations at The Cosmetics Company Store in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will lead the sales team through exemplary coaching and mentoring, driving inspirational customer service and achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, point-of-sale operations, and store opening and closing duties on a rota basis. This part-time position offers an ideal first step into retail supervision within the prestige beauty sector for an ambitious self-starter with prior cosmetics retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
  • Lead by example and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team on behaviors that deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Achieve sales and customer service targets while maintaining high team performance standards
  • Conduct cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations at the start and end of each shift
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring security and compliance with store procedures
  • Maintain retail floor standards and drive customer engagement in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
  • Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
  • Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
