Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example, modeling the behaviors and standards expected of the sales team in daily interactions
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rota basis according to schedule
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and associated transactions
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty is required. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail point-of-sale software and retail operations including cash reconciliation is preferred.
Education
