Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Conduct essential start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis according to the scheduling rota
- Model behaviours and standards that drive achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Lead by example to foster a high-performance retail environment
- Manage retail point-of-sale transactions and systems
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
