The Key Holder supports store leadership, coaches the sales team to deliver personalised service and meet targets, reconciles daily cash and opens and closes the store on a rota. This part-time role is for 12 hours; pay is CAD 20.15–30.24 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring, modelling behaviours that enable the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Complete essential start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.15 to CAD 30.24 per hour.
