Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modelling exemplary customer service behaviors and coaching staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures during assigned opening and closing shifts
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining efficient store operations and adherence to company standards
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales performance
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including security checks and cash management
- Monitor inventory, merchandising standards, and store presentation throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or beauty retail. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail point-of-sale software is required.
