Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team using coaching and mentoring skills to model exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and secure handling of store funds
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient daily store operations
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with prestige beauty standards
- Execute cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain store presentation and operational standards during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably within cosmetics or beauty. Prior supervisory or coaching experience and experience with store opening and closing procedures are desirable.
