Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder in Folsom, CA to support store operations, lead sales coaching, and manage cash procedures on a part-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and strategic execution
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate brand-aligned, personalized customer service behaviors
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale management
- Model company values and service standards through exemplary professional conduct
- Achieve and drive team performance against sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail point-of-sale software and cash handling procedures
- Maintain store presentation and operational standards during all assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale software proficiency
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or mentoring experience in a retail environment (desirable)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. While not essential, prior experience in retail operations—including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures—and supervisory or mentoring experience in coaching team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in Folsom, California, USA, with easy access to Sacramento.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.50 to USD 19.50 per hour.
