Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder in Elizabeth, NJ to support store operations and lead sales teams in a prestige beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Conduct cash reconciliation at start and end of day
- Manage store opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis
- Drive achievement of sales targets and customer service objectives
- Ensure compliance with retail operations standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience required, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring is desirable but not essential; candidates seeking their first supervisory role are encouraged to apply.
