The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations, team coaching, customer service, sales targets, cash reconciliation, and opening and closing duties. This part-time role pays $17.63–$29.38 per hour and is eligible for a competitive bonus program and benefits for eligible employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer-service targets.
- Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer-service targets, is desirable.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.63 to USD 29.38 per hour.
