Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and efficiency
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Perform opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation and store security
- Model exemplary customer service behaviors and lead by example
- Achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring to achieve targets (desirable)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty; first supervisory experience or track record of taking on leadership responsibilities in a retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (inferred minimum standard for retail supervisory roles).

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.63 to USD 29.38 per hour.
