Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Key Holder in Eagan, MN to support store operations and lead sales team coaching in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Perform cash handling operations including start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and financial record-keeping
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis in accordance with company protocols and security procedures
- Model appropriate retail behaviors and coaching techniques to foster team development
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening, and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail experience is essential. Supervisory or coaching experience is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (inferred from retail operations role)
