The Cosmetics Company Store seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient and smooth operation of its outlet retail location at Dalton Park. This role encompasses cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures, supervisory support, and the delivery of inspirational customer service across a portfolio of premium beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare brands. The position is part-time with 28 hours weekly availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and efficiency
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Provide supervisory support and guidance to sales team members on customer service and sales targets
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve departmental performance objectives
- Deliver personalized, authentic, and inspirational customer service across all premium brands
- Monitor store standards and visual merchandising presentation
- Manage store inventory and stock procedures as directed
Qualifications
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
- Passion for delivering inspirational and personalized customer service
- Flexible availability across varying days and hours to support store scheduling needs

Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable. Supervisory experience with a track record of coaching team members to achieve sales and customer service targets is also desirable, though not essential.
