Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Cosmetics Company Store outlet in Dalton Park. The Key Holder will ensure smooth, efficient store operations, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing procedures. This part-time position (10 hours weekly) offers an opportunity to join a team devoted to delivering inspirational, personalized customer service across premium beauty brands including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, MAC, and Tom Ford Beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations
- Perform cash reconciliation and financial reporting duties
- Execute store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock audits
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service experiences
- Coach and mentor team members on sales and customer service targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Passion for delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexible availability across varying days and hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
Retail operations experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring team members to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable but not essential.
