Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Conduct cash reconciliation and financial procedures at the start and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring all operational protocols are followed
- Model exemplary retail behaviors and professional standards to inspire the sales team
- Lead by example and demonstrate the customer service practices expected across the team
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
