Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Key Holder in Cookstown, ON to supervise retail operations, mentor sales staff, and deliver prestige beauty customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and customer service objectives
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis
- Model desired sales and service behaviors to set standards for the team
- Maintain store operations and visual standards during assigned shifts
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable; retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or cosmetics certification programs are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.20 to USD 28.80 per hour.
