Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of a prestige beauty retail location. This supervisory role combines coaching and mentoring responsibilities with essential store operations, including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures, and customer service oversight. The successful candidate will model exemplary behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver personalized, authentic customer service while achieving sales and service targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and customer service objectives
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis
- Model desired sales and service behaviors to set standards for the team
- Maintain store operations and visual standards during assigned shifts
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous supervisory or team lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable; retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or cosmetics certification programs are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 28.80 per hour.
