The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an ambitious and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at its Clinton Premium Outlets location. This part-time supervisory role involves coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service while achieving sales targets. The position includes responsibility for daily cash reconciliation and store opening/closing duties on a rotating basis. Ideal candidates will have proven retail experience, preferably in prestige cosmetics, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with aspirations for career growth within the beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Lead the sales team by example, modeling required customer service behaviors and fostering an inspirational, authentic, and personalized shopping experience
- Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales targets and customer service objectives
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation at the start and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and security
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis according to the roster
- Maintain retail operations standards and manage point-of-sale software systems
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States
