Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and model behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver personalized, authentic customer service
- Coach and mentor store associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and register balancing
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and efficient running of the location
- Ensure retail point-of-sale systems are properly utilized and maintained
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Cash handling and point-of-sale software experience
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the country where the position is located
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable. Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing store procedures, is beneficial.
Education
