Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, modeling the behaviors and customer service standards required to achieve sales and service targets

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty

- Cash handling and retail operations experience including reconciliation, opening, and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable; however, ambitious self-starters with strong retail foundations seeking their first supervisory role are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management training or certification is beneficial but not required.
