Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model desired customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation using retail point-of-sale software
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis in compliance with operational procedures
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention and cash handling protocols
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while maintaining a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, ideally within cosmetics. Experience with retail operations, cash reconciliation, and opening/closing store procedures is desirable. Supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
