Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient store operations
- Oversee cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to luxury cosmetics consumers
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Maintain store standards and operational compliance across designated outlets
Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)

- Flexibility to work across varying days and hours
