The Cosmetics Company Store in Bridgend seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations. This role encompasses retail operations oversight, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures, while delivering inspirational customer service across the Estée Lauder Companies' prestigious portfolio of brands including Clinique, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty. The position offers part-time hours across a flexible 3-day schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining smooth and efficient store operations
- Oversee cash reconciliation and store opening and closing procedures
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to luxury cosmetics consumers
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Maintain store standards and operational compliance across designated outlets
Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures (desirable)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
- Flexibility to work across varying days and hours
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
Desirable retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing responsibilities. Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members to meet sales and customer service objectives is advantageous.
