The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the efficient running of The Cosmetics Company Store in Braintree. This part-time role is 8 hours across 2 days and includes a commission scheme, product discount, and training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store, is desirable but not essential.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Passion and energy for providing inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country.
