Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Key Holder at Allen Premium Outlets, Texas. Lead retail operations and mentor sales teams in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all sales and customer service targets
- Execute daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records at start and end of shift
- Perform opening and closing procedures on a rotating basis, including cash handling and store security
- Demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills to motivate team performance and develop team capabilities
- Maintain retail standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience in retail (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is also desirable.
