Estée Lauder Companies seeks part-time Key Holder in Albertville, MN to support store management and lead sales team coaching in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to model and reinforce behaviors aligned with inspirational customer service delivery
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team management
- Execute cash reconciliation procedures at the start and end of each shift
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security and compliance protocols
- Lead by example to inspire the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and associated operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
