Role & Responsibilities
- Administer payroll operations and records across three countries
- Manage employee contracts and related documentation
- Maintain and organize general HR administrative documents and files
- Enter and track employee data in HR management tools and systems
- Provide support for general benefits administration and inquiries
- Assist with internal HR communications and departmental announcements
- Participate in regular HR team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
- Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination
- Execute additional HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Office Management, HR Management, Social Work, Personnel Management, or related discipline (Bachelor or Master level)
- Valid student status with school internship contract
- Fluency in Dutch language
- Good working knowledge of French and English
- Minimum availability of 12 weeks; longer duration strongly preferred
- Completion of motivational letter and CV submission required for consideration

Relevant coursework or academic projects in HR management, office administration, or business support; no prior professional experience required due to internship classification.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Office Management, HR Management, Social Work, Personnel Management, or equivalent discipline.
