Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an HR Intern in Lima to support key People processes and work with local, regional and global stakeholders. The internship offers hands-on exposure to payroll and employee data, benefits, occupational health and safety, labor compliance, DE&I, and HR analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support payroll and employee data administration.
- Support benefits management.
- Support occupational health and safety processes.
- Support labor compliance and government reporting.
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to HR analytics and the use of AI-powered productivity tools.
- Work closely with local, regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Law in the 7th or 8th academic cycle.
- Previous internship experience is desirable.
- Advanced English is required.
- Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Interest in AI, technology and process improvement.
