A freelance in-store sales associate for Estée Lauder Companies' prestige beauty brands, providing makeup application, skincare consultation, fragrance expertise, or hair care advice in a luxury retail environment. The role combines creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational customer experiences while maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting in-store events. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application, skincare consultation, fragrance guidance, and hair care advice tailored to individual customer preferences
- Deliver personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Execute point-of-sale transactions using retail software systems
- Support in-store events and initiatives to create customer engagement and drive sales impact

Qualifications
