Estée Lauder seeks a freelance beauty sales associate in London, ON to deliver makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultations across prestige brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, personalized, and authentic customer service through makeup application, skincare consultations, fragrance guidance, and hair advice
- Create memorable in-store experiences that educate customers and drive sales across multiple prestige beauty brands
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive presentation and brand alignment
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional initiatives
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty application or consultation
- Strong capacity for inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)

Retail experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level expertise who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcomed and will receive comprehensive training.

Compensation
