Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Floor Retail Lead Manager for its Paris and Île-de-France region. This fixed-term, full-time role (35 hours/week) involves managing point-of-sale operations, leading a retail team, and driving sales performance across the territory. The successful candidate will oversee floor operations, ensure customer excellence, and represent the brand's luxury positioning in the market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail floor operations across assigned locations in Paris and Île-de-France
- Manage point-of-sale team performance and training
