Role & Responsibilities
- Drive brand strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly estimate processes
- Review and analyze key performance metrics including productivity, COGS, category mix, and advertising spend to maximize affiliate performance
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to regional management teams
- Consolidate brand financial results and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies
- Support execution of regional business plans and strategic initiatives including new brand launches and channel expansion
- Collaborate with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain functions to validate sales assumptions and reconcile forecasts
- Analyze saleable and promotional inventory levels across trade and regional distribution hubs
- Interface with regional brand, finance, and affiliate management teams to facilitate planning and control processes
- Prepare business presentations and financial analyses for senior management
- Establish knowledge of business environment and provide independent evaluation of financial forecasts and risk assessment
- Manage relationships with cluster accounting, finance, and regional teams
- Lead projects focused on financial discipline, cost savings, consolidation, productivity, and systems implementation
- Support strategic initiatives including direct-to-consumer expansion, omnichannel integration, and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in sales affiliate or retail environments
- CPA or CIMA certification preferred
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with SAP and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence platforms (including Oracle and OneStream CPM)
- Proven ability to mentor stakeholders in SAP systems
- Strong leadership capabilities with ability to operate independently in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated track record as a finance business partner to senior management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of annual budget and forecast processes
- Experience with retail and affiliate financial structures

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CIMA professional certification preferred.
