- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth versus profitability trade-offs
- Experience working in a complex, international matrix organisation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions
- Fluency in English
