Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Finance Analyst Intern to provide analytical support to the regional division's financial operations and reporting (€10–12M annually). The role encompasses daily monitoring of collateral activities, month-end closing procedures including accruals and variance analysis, operational expense forecasting, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis to support the Corporate Finance Director and regional headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily financial activity of regional collateral operations and project management
- Execute month-end close procedures including account analysis, reconciliation, and accrual preparation
- Prepare operational expense estimates and rolling forecasts
- Conduct quarterly financial analysis and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial processes and procedures
- Support Corporate Finance Director on monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, analysis, and commentary
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested
