The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Facility & Safety Intern to support the Health & Safety and Facility team across its retail network and headquarters. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in workplace safety, environmental compliance, facility management, and general services while working in a dynamic, multinational environment. Key responsibilities include waste traceability management, facility coordination, safety training organization, and documentation support across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support RENTRI portal activities for waste traceability and environmental compliance
- Monitor and assist in waste management processes across retail stores and headquarters
- Coordinate maintenance activities with third-party service providers
- Contribute to the organization and tracking of Health & Safety training (D.Lgs. 81/08)
- Update and maintain training records and safety documentation
- Support digitalization and archiving of store documents
- Assist in facility management activities at headquarters
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
- Passion and curiosity for environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and facility management
- Basic knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 (Occupational Safety and Health)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

No specific professional experience required; academic background in architecture or engineering strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
