  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Regional Brand Creative team cluster, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, growth, and positivity

  • Extensive experience leading integrated campaigns within beauty, fashion, luxury, or another design-driven industry
  • Proven ability to balance breakthrough brand work with high-volume digital, ecommerce, and CRM asset delivery
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing creative teams
  • Experience concepting and directing event and experiential design
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling ideas and meaningful consumer experiences
  • Experience leading photo and video productions from concept and casting through on-set art direction and post-production
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing agency relationships, creative production, talent, and external partners
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
