The Employee Relations Enablement Manager builds the tools, systems, reporting, and operational processes that support consistent employee and labor relations practices across the organization. The role partners with ER CoE leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on platform requirements, case management, dashboards, policy resources, and continuous improvement; it is a regular full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate Employee Relations Center of Excellence (ER CoE) priorities into an enablement roadmap that strengthens adoption, consistency, and scalability across ER/LR processes and tools.
- Partner with ER CoE leaders to identify system, process, and capability gaps and develop practical solutions that improve employee relations outcomes.
- Build toolkits, playbooks, decision guides, and practical resources that help HR practitioners and leaders apply enterprise ER/LR standards consistently.
- Support development and deployment of ER content by strengthening learning resources, guidance materials, and adoption support aligned with enterprise practices.
- Establish and continuously improve CoE infrastructure, tools, and operational processes for ER/LR work, including case intake, routing, communications, and reporting.
- Partner with the ServiceNow Product Owner to define functional requirements for the ER platform and ensure technology supports ER/LR workflows, governance, and reporting needs.
- Manage CoE caseload tracking, communications, and reporting to provide accurate visibility, disciplined follow-through, and consistent stakeholder updates.
- Build and maintain ER insights, dashboards, and reporting on case trends, risk signals, and systemic themes to inform leadership decisions and proactive intervention.
- Analyze trends and apply learnings to future enablement priorities, continuously improving processes, tools, and resources based on outcomes and feedback.
- Document workflows, maintain process guides, and support consistent execution of case management and governance practices across the CoE.
- Partner with the People Experience Team and HRBPs to enable high-quality ER/LR processes, support adoption of enterprise standards, and strengthen consistency across regions and business units.
- Build working relationships with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Total Rewards, Talent, ID&E, and HR operations partners to align enablement solutions with governance, risk, and business needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, HR program enablement, and process or systems implementation in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build practical tools and resources, improve processes, and drive adoption through clear guidance and stakeholder partnership.
- Experience supporting HR systems and reporting, including translating functional needs into requirements and delivering actionable insights and dashboards.
- Strong project management discipline and ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders with rigor and attention to detail.
- High judgment, discretion, and ability to work effectively with sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
