Role & Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market strategy for assigned brand sites in collaboration with Digital Commerce & Marketing, Brand, and Regional teams
- Ensure timely website updates aligned with marketing calendar, including product launches, promotional campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and site refreshes
- Manage online product catalogue, ensuring accurate and complete product content including descriptions, pricing, imagery, and information while optimizing site merchandising for discoverability and conversion
- Execute CRM activities including always-on newsletters, automated customer journeys, and campaign pilots in collaboration with Brand and CRM teams
- Support delivery of site enhancement initiatives including SEO improvements, new features, UX enhancements, and checkout optimization aligned with regional roadmaps
- Monitor key eCommerce KPIs and perform sales and performance analysis, providing regular insights and reports to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with Brand, Paid & Earned Media, CRM, Customer Service and Regional teams to ensure seamless execution across digital touchpoints
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize site performance, customer engagement, and commercial results through testing, analysis, and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce websites
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
- Experience with email marketing and CRM campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce websites, preferably within the luxury, prestige, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; Master's degree is considered an asset.
