Estée Lauder Companies, a global leader in prestige beauty, seeks a 6-month intern to support the Earned and Owned Media team in Munich. The intern will assist with social media strategy, identify emerging talent opportunities, and maintain professional databases while contributing to diverse marketing projects across the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Earned and Owned Media team in social media planning and execution
- Identify and evaluate potential top talent across social media platforms
- Maintain professional databases and ensure data accuracy and organization
- Contribute to cross-functional marketing projects and campaigns
- Assist with content and communications initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or related economic discipline
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communicative abilities and collaborative mindset
- Passion for cosmetics and lifestyle industries

Prior internship, working-student position, or professional assistance role preferred; some experience with social media management or marketing projects a plus.
