Estée Lauder Companies seeks an E-Commerce Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support Lazada and Shopee store operations and campaign execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Lazada and Shopee stores, ensuring smooth and timely campaign execution
- Maintain and update all e-commerce store assets, including product listings, banners, and promotional mechanics with accuracy and strict adherence to timelines
- Coordinate closely with appointed agencies to support operational execution and address platform-related issues
- Assist in tracking store performance and operational workflows, identifying gaps and supporting improvement initiatives
- Monitor and consolidate key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper housekeeping across all reporting systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum commitment of 12 weeks; availability of up to 6 months highly preferred
- Strong interest in e-commerce operations, online retail platforms, and digital marketplace execution
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy in content updates, reporting, and operational execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HTML or e-commerce backends is advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
