The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a global leader in luxury beauty and personal care, seeks an E-Commerce Intern to provide operational support for online stores across Lazada and Shopee. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, maintaining store content and assets, and supporting performance tracking to ensure accurate campaign execution and platform optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Lazada and Shopee stores, ensuring smooth and timely campaign execution
- Maintain and update all e-commerce store assets, including product listings, banners, and promotional mechanics with accuracy and strict adherence to timelines
- Coordinate closely with appointed agencies to support operational execution and address platform-related issues
- Assist in tracking store performance and operational workflows, identifying gaps and supporting improvement initiatives
- Monitor and consolidate key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper housekeeping across all reporting systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum commitment of 12 weeks; availability of up to 6 months highly preferred
- Strong interest in e-commerce operations, online retail platforms, and digital marketplace execution
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy in content updates, reporting, and operational execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HTML or e-commerce backends is advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
- Comfortable working with digital assets, product listings, banners, and promotional materials
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to adapt to changing priorities and platform-specific needs
