The E-commerce Executive supports online shopping experiences across owned websites, retail partner sites, and emerging digital channels, coordinating product content, campaigns, website optimisation, channel launches, stakeholder communications, and ecommerce reporting. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of product content across ecommerce and retail partner websites.
- Brief and manage external support teams and agency partners to deliver accurate, timely online product updates.
- Review and quality-check website content, product information, promotional assets, and campaign executions.
- Coordinate digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity across online channels.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities to improve content accuracy, brand presentation, and customer experience.
- Support ecommerce website performance and optimisation to improve product discoverability, customer experience, and conversion.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives across website, email, search, and paid media channels.
- Maintain product catalogue integrity, including product setup, categorisation, and ongoing data management.
- Optimise onsite search, navigation, and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping journey.
- Support website testing and continuous improvement initiatives to drive engagement, search visibility, and sales performance.
- Support the launch and ongoing operation of new ecommerce marketplaces and online retail channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on channel onboarding, content setup, and day-to-day management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance across emerging digital platforms.
- Liaise between internal teams, external partners, and retail customers to support successful ecommerce execution.
- Coordinate retail partner requests and communications, ensuring timely action and resolution.
- Support promotional planning and campaign execution, coordinating product information, creative assets, samples, and marketing materials.
- Work with brand, marketing, and commercial teams to understand upcoming launches, priorities, and customer requirements.
- Monitor product availability and online listings to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Track competitor activity and ecommerce best-practice trends in the beauty and retail industries.
- Support reporting, operational processes, and purchase order administration related to ecommerce activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce or managing online retail operations.
- Experience working with retailers and marketplaces is an advantage.
- Understanding of web technologies, internet tools, and website metrics is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
