The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Material Handler to support distribution operations on the 2nd shift at its Bristol, Pennsylvania facility. The role involves loading, unloading, and managing materials for assembly, filling, and finished goods; operating warehouse management systems; and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace safety protocols. Forklift certification is required after 90 days.

Role & Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities
• Verify accuracy of transactions and physical condition of goods through inspection
• Operate manual and powered material handling equipment to retrieve, putaway, and replenish materials throughout the facility
• Utilize warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders
• Ensure correct pallets are constructed according to EXACTA and customer supplier criteria
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control as required
• Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping and sortation areas
• Complete pre-shift checklists on powered material handling equipment including battery maintenance and charging
• Maintain a clean work environment by sorting pallets, wrapping stacked cardboard, and communicating quality issues
• Follow all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Assist with training of new employees as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (mandatory after 90 days)
• Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective English communication skills—reading and writing
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift maximum 50 lbs and frequently carry up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for several hours daily
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Compensation
