Estée Lauder Companies Material Handler position in Bristol, PA on second shift with $17-$28/hr. Warehouse and distribution role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities, verifying accuracy of transactions and inspecting goods for condition
- Operate manual and power material handling equipment to retrieve, put away, replenish materials throughout the facility, and load transportation vehicles
- Utilize warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders accurately
- Ensure correct pallets are built and maintained according to EXACTA and customer supplier specifications
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control as required
- Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping and sortation areas
- Complete pre-shift checklists on all powered material handling equipment, including battery water levels, charging, and cleaning
- Maintain a clean work environment, including sorting pallets, wrapping stacked cardboard, and communicating quality changes
- Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Assist with training of new employees as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in general warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift certification (mandatory within 90 days of hire)
- Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) license required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated English reading and writing proficiency
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to lift maximum 50 lbs and frequently carry up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours daily

Some experience in a general warehouse environment is preferred; however, no specific duration is mandated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
