Material Handler position at Estée Lauder Companies in Bristol, PA. 2nd shift, $17–$28/hr, warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials shipped between interplant and outside facilities
- Verify accuracy of transactions and inspect goods to validate condition
- Operate manual and power material handling equipment to retrieve, putaway, and replenish materials
- Utilize warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders
- Ensure correct pallets are built according to EXACTA and customer supplier specifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
- Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely shipping and sortation operations
- Complete pre-shift checklists on powered material handling equipment, including battery maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Maintain a clean work environment through pallet sorting, cardboard wrapping, and quality monitoring
- Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Assist in training new employees as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forktruck certification (mandatory after 90 days)
- Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License (required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of English (reading and writing)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Experience
Some experience in a general warehouse environment is preferred; entry-level candidates with transferable skills in logistics or materials management will be considered.
