Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and report on global real estate portfolio tracking, including transaction status, costs, critical dates, utilization, and sustainability initiatives
- Execute lease accounting and ASC 842 financial impact analysis for all corporate real estate transactions
- Design, implement, and streamline real estate processes utilizing AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct end-to-end real estate transaction management for office and industrial properties, including negotiation, vendor coordination, and legal document review
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports and ad hoc analysis to senior leadership and functional teams
- Lead global project teams through transaction lifecycles, ensuring audit controls and milestone-based reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for real estate operations
- Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to support development of global real estate strategy and ways of working
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate operations with focus on transformation and process improvement
- Expertise in lease accounting and ASC 842 compliance with financial analysis experience
- Proven end-to-end transaction management background in office and industrial real estate
- Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to succeed in a matrixed organizational environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
