Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the global FP&A planning process to create insightful analytics and reporting on quarterly guidance and monthly P&L estimates
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting operating expenses, including scenario and sensitivity modeling
- Strengthen partnership with corporate functions, global support, and regional finance teams to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and track forecast assumption changes, presenting findings and trends to leadership
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation materials for senior management with timely, actionable insights
- Support quarterly earnings analyses and assist investor relations with articulate executive presentations
- Track business adherence to corporate guidelines related to investment optimization and margin protection
- Oversee tracking of corporate funds and stretch approvals
- Lead FP&A process automation and improvement initiatives to strengthen forecasting accuracy
- Participate in the rollout of agentic AI capabilities and embed autonomous insights into decision-making processes
- Build collaborative relationships across brand, regional, and corporate finance teams
- Identify and lead strategic ad hoc initiatives that drive continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including corporate finance and accounting
- Advanced P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Expertise in building complex analytical models
- Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with executive management
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach with strong work ethic

8+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance and accounting, with demonstrated expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical modeling.
Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,550 to USD 208,200 per annum.
