Estée Lauder Companies seeks Designer, Store Design in Singapore for Store Design & Visual Merchandising team—luxury retail design role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver high-quality CAD/Vectorworks drawings with complete accuracy and consistency across all project outputs
- Review site conditions and retailer requirements, identifying and recommending design solutions with speed and precision
- Manage and maintain the materials library, ensuring current specifications and clarity of market-specific choices for departmental reference
- Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder coordination with regional shop-fitters, project managers, indirect procurement, and material suppliers
- Develop quality technical build drawings for skincare projects and retail environments
- Maintain project timelines and drive delivery efficiency to keep initiatives on track
- Support the Manager with high-accuracy technical documentation and design communication to retailers and construction partners
- Occasionally lead changes to retailer requirements and site specifications to ensure brand integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Honours degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a Singapore or APAC region institution
- 3–5 years of professional experience in leading shop-fitter or construction companies with deep knowledge of retail design methodology
- Advanced proficiency with Apple Mac environment and cross-Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Expert-level skill with Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (3D design software)
- Strong project management understanding and ability to prioritize multiple deliverables efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to produce well-coordinated drawings for retailer, shopfitter, and brand communication

3–5 years of professional experience in leading shop-fitter or construction companies with demonstrated expertise in retail design methodology, site assessment, and technical documentation for luxury retail environments.
Education
Bachelor of Honours degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a Singapore or APAC region institution.
