Role & Responsibilities
- Manage budget targets and capitalize on business opportunities to achieve sales results
- Coach, motivate, and develop individual counter teams to optimize performance and prepare them for career advancement
- Drive retail sales performance across Estée Lauder Companies brands and motivate teams to meet and exceed targets

- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large teams
