Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a final-year engineering or business school intern specializing in Supply Chain to support customer service and daily order management in Paris. The role covers customer accounts, delivery coordination, claims and returns, and order issue resolution; compensation may be up to €1,400, with remote work possible and product benefits and intern onboarding events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team with daily order management, handling several customer accounts across order placement, delivery appointment scheduling, delivery tracking, launch follow-up and customer relationship management.
- Communicate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
- Manage claims and returns for independent customers, including pharmacies and perfumeries.
- Review erroneous, incomplete or blocked orders daily and coordinate the actions required to regularize them.
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of an engineering or business school programme, specializing in Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of core supply chain concepts, including forecasting, distribution, production and sales administration.
- Very strong command of MS Excel, including pivot tables, RechercheX, formulas and charts.
- Strong personal organization, including use of OneNote and prioritization.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Analytical mindset.
- Rigor and organization.
- Very strong interpersonal skills.
- Very good communication skills.
