The Customer Service Coordinator joins Estée Lauder Companies’ Middle East Supply Chain team, managing orders, claims and customer queries across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash journey. The role focuses on resolving operational issues, tracking service performance, maintaining controls and improving processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order processing, claims and customer queries from validation through resolution.
- Proactively troubleshoot order failures, supply constraints, delivery issues and fulfilment risks.
- Resolve claims promptly, analyse root causes and help prevent recurrence.
- Track and report service levels, order performance, claims trends and key operational KPIs.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand, answer and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes, including workflows, BOTs, system enhancements and new ways of working.
- Maintain data integrity, process controls and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in order and claims management, ideally in an Order-to-Cash (O2C) environment.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience, depending on background and scope.
- SAP experience is required.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Agile, proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong customer focus, with the energy and drive to follow through and get things done.
