Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in ideation sessions and conceptualization of new creative campaigns and store designs
- Visualize and communicate design concepts for retail environments and product merchandising displays
- Execute design direction under guidance from senior creative professionals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers, and Copywriters
- Develop and present design concepts and creative deliverables
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of graphic design, icon design, illustrations, and video editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products
- Experience with Mac OSX operating system
- Ability to communicate new ideas and concepts effectively
- Passion for luxury beauty and Estée Lauder Companies brands
- Completed Junior year by June 2027 and on track to graduate in May/June 2028

Experience
Current undergraduate Junior (rising Senior) with demonstrated interest in creative disciplines such as visual merchandising, store design, package design, copywriting, social media content design, or graphic design.
Education
BFA in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Digital Media preferred. Must have completed Junior year by June 2027.
