The Creative Design Specialist translates brand direction into concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, packaging and retail, personally designing, editing and animating creative. The role is based in Dubai and reports to the Creative Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts, visual territories and key visuals that bring brand stories to life with local relevance.
- Contribute art direction for photography and creative treatments, with a strong eye for composition, typography and brand identity.
- Create graphics, packaging concepts, mock-ups and retail or visual merchandising applications that connect the brand experience.
- Edit short-form video and create motion graphics and animation to strengthen the story.
- Explore image and video concepts, combining generative tools with design, retouching and editing to deliver polished creative.
- Build original assets and design systems, and give external partners clear direction to adapt the work consistently at scale.
Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating original ideas, strong design craft, and proven video-editing and animation skills.
- Hands-on proficiency in design, image-editing, video and motion tools, alongside practical generative AI experience.
- Ability to develop packaging, retail and visual merchandising concepts through compelling mock-ups.
- Confidence presenting ideas, responding to direction and delivering polished work independently.
- Submit a CV and portfolio including original design, motion/video samples, packaging or retail concepts, and examples of an AI-assisted creative process.
Skills
Experience
5+ years in multidisciplinary design, graphic or motion design, art direction or a related creative discipline.
