Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and execute an agile business plan incorporating strategic customer targeting, in-store events, and customer relationship management initiatives
- Recruit and retain customers through targeted marketing strategies and exceptional service delivery
- Manage inventory, financial performance, and resource allocation for the counter
